We are looking for a Creative Manager who is a true ideas engine. Someone who doesn’t just execute briefs, but generates them. You are a senior creative force who thinks in concepts, owns the full ideation-to-delivery cycle, and is hands-on with AI video tools, capable of generating and completing production independently with the ability to bring in and manage external vendors or production partners to take it across the finish line when needed.
This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance creative, partnering closely with the Director of Brand and the wider creative team. You will work across both brand campaigns and performance channels, bringing big ideas to life through video and beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Creative ideation & strategy: Own creative thinking end-to-end, from spotting a cultural opportunity or audience insight all the way to a fully developed concept. You actively generate a constant stream of strong ideas across brand and performance, and you don’t wait to be briefed.
- End-to-end production ownership: Operate your own external production engine. You manage AI tools, external creators, freelance editors, and producers to turn ideas into shipped assets. You own the process from brief to final delivery.
- Performance creative: Partner closely with the performance team on PPC scripts, hooks, and narratives for video ads. You understand what makes a hook land, what drives a viewer to act, and how to balance brand integrity with direct-response mechanics.
- Format expansion: Push our creative output beyond video. You identify and experiment with new formats, ensuring our brand shows up in unexpected and memorable ways.
- Direct-response copywriting: Write compelling copy for growth landing pages, A/B tests, and static ads — writing with clarity and sharp thinking that drives conversion.
- Systems & Standards: Improve creative processes, briefing structures, and quality standards over time. You don’t just ship work, you make the system that ships work better.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Senior creative thinker: You have 7+ years of experience in a creative role, ideally spanning both brand and performance. You have a proven track record of generating and shipping ideas that move the needle, not just completing tasks.
- Ideas-First Mentality: You don’t just respond to briefs, you create them. You can take a loose business goal, identify the creative opportunity, and develop a concept ready for production. Strategy comes before execution.
- Independent execution: You are self-sufficient. You have hands-on experience managing external creators, freelancers, and production workflows. You can move fast and deliver without relying on internal resources for every step.
- AI & Tool Fluency: You're hands-on with AI-native creative tools and workflows. You actively use AI to accelerate and execute production, not just experiment with it.
- Big Ideas, not Just videos: You think beyond the next video ad. You have demonstrated experience with brand activations, unconventional formats, or campaigns that created genuine word-of-mouth.
