We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how millions of creators discover, try, and love Riverside.
On your day-to-day, you will:
- Conduct market & audience research to inform our marketing & product strategy
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches, driving user adoption, activation, and expansion.
- Deeply understand our product and users - turning insights into crisp positioning and messaging that resonates across every touchpoint.
- Craft compelling copy for campaigns, web pages, in-product experiences, and emails that convert curious visitors and users into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and design to launch features, optimize onboarding, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor launch metrics and customer feedback, using data to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and influence product roadmap decisions.
Requirements:

- 4+ years in product marketing at a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to write and communicate with clarity, impact, and creativity.
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding what makes them tick.
- A track record of moving fast, owning outcomes, and finding creative solutions to obstacles.
- Cross-functional skills to build processes and work with product and marketing
