About the FED Infra Team
The FED Infra Team at Riverside is dedicated to accelerating all engineering teams by providing robust standards, dependable infrastructure, and sophisticated tooling. Our core mission is to enable the business by eliminating technical barriers, allowing product teams to innovate rapidly without the overhead of duplicating efforts. Furthermore, the team manages the infrastructure for a key high-performance page - the users dashboard - facilitating the integration of micro-frontends by other teams, and maintains our centralized React component library.
On your day-to-day
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our frontend infra, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance. You’ll design scalable solutions, improve developer workflows, and contribute to complex architectural decisions. The role is highly hands-on, with real opportunities to influence technical direction as you grow. You’ll help make Riverside’s engineering faster, smoother, and more resilient.
Requirements:
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong emphasis on modern frontend engineering
- Proven experience implementing microfrontend architecture in production environments
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems with React.js
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Live and breathe AI - you stay on top of the latest models, tools, and techniques, and you’re genuinely excited about where the field is heading
- Have hands-on experience with agentic workflows, MCPs (Model Context Protocol), and building or composing AI “skills” to automate and accelerate your work
- Use AI agents as a daily part of how you operate, not as an occasional experiment
- Have a builder’s mindset - you reach for AI-native tools to solve problems faster and aren’t afraid to wire things together yourself
