About the Marketing team

We create campaigns that grab attention, tell great stories, and drive real growth—whether it’s for SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise customers. We work closely with other teams to make sure our brand stands out and our product reaches the people who need it most. If you love mixing creativity with strategy and making an impact, you’ll fit right in.

On your day to day You'll own influencer campaigns end to end across both B2B and B2C, working with creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcasts. You'll vet partnerships against a defined ICP before you spend, judging audience by role and company fit rather than follower count. You'll build scalable frameworks to manage partnerships at volume, and partner with Creative, SEO, and Product to keep messaging cohesive. And you'll own attribution across the funnel, because you know which numbers actually prove pipeline.

Requirements:

What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling programs and moving real numbers
  • Hands-on experience running B2B campaigns to a defined ICP, plus fluency in pipeline, MQLs/SQLs, CAC, and ROI alongside reach and engagement
  • Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven mindset, with real experience owning attribution across analytics, CRM, and link tracking to optimize performance and ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and relationships, plus a track record of building scalable systems instead of one-off deals
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about marketing partnerships and creative production, and a collaborative team player who can align Creative, SEO, Product, and Sales around one plan
